Cook from frozen in a skillet or conventional oven and create a nutritious and delicious meal at home in under 30 minutes.       Salmon, Water, Vegetable Oil (canola, Cottonseed, And/or Soybean), Modified Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Soy Sauce [(fermented Soybeans And Wheat, Salt), Maltodextrin], Natural Flavor, Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Spices, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Moisture).

      Directions

      COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:

      SKILLET: Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.

      CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

      NOTE: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying!
