Since 1943. Gene England, the founder of Santa Cruz Chili & Spice Company, created a process that captures the pure, mild taste of fresh red chilis. The flavorful paste is the basis for many great Mexican and Southwestern dishes. It is also excellent on hamburgers, barbequed meats and cold meats. Made in Arizona.

Directions

Refrigerate or freeze after opening. For easy opening, insert a dull knife blade under lid & twist to break seal.
