      Prepared Black Beans, Water, Contains 2% Or Less: Chili Pepper, Spices, Salt, Cornstarch Modified, Soybean Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Calcium Chloride (firming Agent).

      Directions

      Black Bean Chili: Prep Time: 10 min. Total Time: 20 min. Servings: 6. 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1 cup chopped onion. 2 (15.5 oz) cans S&W black chili beans (do not drain). 1 (14.5 oz) can diced fire roasted tomatoes (do not drain). In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 10 minutes, stirring once. If desired, top with sour cream and/or shredded cheese.
